Baseball fans with T-Mobile can once again get free baseball through the company’s T-Mobile Tuesdays app.
Similar to past years, the wireless carrier has partnered with Major League Baseball to offer free MLB.TV subscriptions for the 2019 season.
The streaming service, which lets you watch out-of-market regular season baseball games, would otherwise cost $118.99 for the season. As it is the full MLB.TV subscription, you can watch on your phone, tablet, or computer.
You can also watch on a smart TV that has the MLB app or one that is connected to an Xbox One, PlayStation 4, Apple TV, Fire TV or Roku.
Signing up remains pretty straightforward. Simply download the T-Mobile Tuesdays app onto an iOS or Android device connected to T-Mobile’s network, open the app and then click on the big window that says “free season of MLB.TV.”
Once there, click “save” to claim the offer and then “redeem” to activate it, which will take you to MLB.com to log into your MLB account. This will link the subscription and you’re then good to go.
T-Mobile certainly has not been shy about its love of baseball.
The carrier has been offering free baseball streaming since first partnering with the league in 2013, with the company and league announcing this month that they have extended their partnership another four years.
In addition to being the title sponsor for MLB’s annual home run derby, as part of the new deal T-Mobile is now a sponsor of the Little League International, the youth baseball organization that runs the Little League World Series.
In December, the wireless carrier announced that it will become the new name sponsor for the Seattle Mariners ballpark, turning what used to be Safeco Field into T-Mobile Park as part of a 25-year naming rights deal.
The new baseball season begins in earnest Thursday. Those with T-Mobile have until 11:59 p.m. ET on April 1 to redeem the free MLB.TV subscription.
